If the property requires any renovation Silver Fern Investments, provide an "aftercare package"
We will provide estimate refurbishment costs from our network of professional tradesmen. Our sound relationships with people on the ground mean you will receive competitive pricing, avoiding the usual pitfalls of managing renovations from a distance.
STEP 3: The Purchase
